SAML communication problem

Hi:

My project is related to multiple SSO solution.
I have 1 NAM 3.0 and IBM TAM 5.1.

The
My application is behind the NAM 3.0.
It cannot read some attribute from the http header.
I cannot found the root cause of the problem.
It is the SAML log of my NAM 3.0.

Would you help me to check the root cause of the problem?
And tell me how to fix the problem.
