Add redirection Link in Access Manager 3.1x logout page

Hi
One of our customer want to add a redirection link back to the main portal page in the logout page ( logoutSuccess.jsp page on the Access Gateway)

Now, when a user is clicking this link he get the following error (from the identity server )
Error:An unsupported request was received and cannot be completed. (657F0357385E620C).

After pressing F5 the user can see to login page .

Is this behavior normal ? Can I avoid this error message without closing the browser?
