NAM 3.1.1 doesn't detect expired passwords properly

Have you upgraded to 3.1 SP1 IR1? I believe there is a fix in IR1 that
addresses random cases of password expiration not triggering the redirect
from an IDP.

Not yet, but I stumbled across that, so we're going to try that next and then see what happens.
