Apparmor mysql profile

I am trying to create a profile for the IMD3 user application mysqld
daemon. SLES v9. The profile I created for jboss worked fine. After
creating a profile for mysqld it just won't start. Tried deleting
everything from the profile but still mysqld won't start. If I delete the
profile mysqld starts okay.
