I need to create a rule that when a change happens to a attribute to logto file

i have stup rules to grab add modifys event names, but need to specify the specefix attributes

I found the attributes in the file that was exported, but not sure how to specify this in the rules. is it taxonomy?

is there a definition on what each one means anywhere
