BM 3.8 SP5 - 403 Forbidden to hotmail.com

Hi !

Starting today, we have all users ( except the admin ) with the 403 - Forbidden message when accessing to hotmail.

We run BM 3.8 SP 5 on NW 6.5 SP 5.

After almost two years, this has never happened. Cero changes to O.S or Proxy settings. Tryed restarting proxy and server. Nothing happens. Still forbidden.

Any ideas ?.
