I believe this was one of the TID suggestions I had looked at initially. I am repeating the operation now to give specific details on the roadblock.
When I use iManager to do this I am unable to add any class mappings. I have tried both Mozilla and Internet Explorer 8 (normal and in compatability mode) and both do the same thing, nothing at all, when clicking on any of the buttons on the right side of the Class Mapping screen which are supposed to Add Delete and Modify.
