to go through?

Hello ALL!

I have found free Internet Access in our Library, in Austria. There is
one "BUT". There is installed some software.

For example, when I enter "talks.guns.ru" in Browser (sport schooting
forum) - it gives me:

"... Novell. BorderManager.... bla-bla.. 403... Forbidden..."

Firewall... obviously.

I have asked Admin to open this site for me... there is nothig dangerous.
But without success.

Q: Is hier any way to "go through" this Firewall"...????

In tray I see: "Novell Client Trust" and "NetWare Services"
