Default New ISP/new IP addresses

I have a new ISP who has issued new IP addresses.

My current configuration:

BM 3.8 and Netware 6.5 sp6. Private NIC (1) is 192.168.x.0/24. Public
NIC (2) is 209.xxx.xxx.xxx/28. It all works pretty well. On the public
NIC 2 I have the primary address and sever secondary addresses which are
in the same subnet. BM does NAT from private addresses to public addresses.

What is going on:

I have to change ISP. The new ISP issued 199.xxx.xxx.xxx/30. That's 1
address for their router and 1 address for my BM public NIC. They
issued me 209.xxx.yyy.zzz/27 for my internet services like smtp, www,
etc. this is what I have to work with.

If I assign my public NIC the 199.xxx.xxx.xxx/30, I can't very well add
my services (209.xxx.yyy.zzz) as secondary addresses.

so.....

can i bind both addresses 199.xxx.xxx.xxx/30 and 209.xxx.yyy.zzz/27 to
my public NIC? Can I then add secondary ip addys from the /27 network
to my public NIC? If an internet users goes to www.(mycompany).com,
will the 199 binding on NIC2 know to pass off the traffic to the 209
binding?

I hope I made sense to you all.

Thanks,
John
