can't change proxy port to 8080

I just installed a new server, 6.5 sp8 with bm 3.9sp1. imanager 2.7.2 with newest plugin. I have tried on two servers same problem. I have used fillatrr.ncf several times. Tried with imanager 2.7.3 nothing works.

My problem is I can't change proxy port to 8080. Everytime I reset my server it gets a new port for proxy (random).
in my logger screen I can read list everytime I try to changed it from 0 to 8080.

GadgetManager.......1035 getWriter() has already been called for this response
AuthenticatorServ1...337 getWriter() has already been called for this response

Any help ?
