High Utilization after 38 -> 39sp2 upgrade

Hi all,

I recently upgraded from BM3.8 to 3.9sp2 (on NW65sp8) and seem to be having some issues.

The upgrade went fine, but I now seem to have daily abends.
The abends always seem to have the proxy.nlm on the console screen....

I have just replaced the RAM, but am still seeing the server jump up to 40+ utilization for long amounts of time.

I have not applied any patches past NW65sp8 and NBM39sp2.

Any recommendations??
