iptrace appear * * *

i don't know this forum give the correct answer, excusem for this.

I have NW6 2 nics private and public, every works fine, IP it's
configured
as router, Default Router it's OK, DNS Resolver it's OK, NAT it's
dynamic
only at the public address. From a workstation i try tracert and
appear the
apropiate trace, but at the console comand iptrace only i get * * * at

every hop, i try with iptrace www.google.com source=<ip public> or
www.google.com source=<ip private> and not appear the host only *.
What's
it's wrong?.
