Socks-gateway

After update NW65-Sp1a to Sp4a and BM38-Sp3 to BM38Sp4
Socks stops working.
Also, with enabled Socks, internet access over the proxy server is no more
possible.
The Client (Browser) get an 504 Gateway Time-out error.
Post Patches BMSp4, Wsock, TIDs (proxy.cfg) won´t work.
Before implementing the patches everything works fine.
Any Ideas?
