Mostly correct. NetWare does not support supernetting except when the
server is used as an endpoint. As BMgr is almost always configured as
a router, supernetting is a problem, as you are seeing.

It is possible to manually force the supernet and re-enable routing,
but you should instead fix the IP addressing not to supernet.
