504 Gateway timeout issue(ipflt related)

I have some students trying to navigate to Biomedical Library . When they click the Login button under the Library Account section, I get a 504 error. I was going through the TIDs and one mentioned a possible filter issue. I confirmed that my issue is a filter problem by unloading the filters and checking the website again. It popped right up.

The website itself, when you click login, tries a post method via port 10443. I put a stateful rule exception in to specify that the private interface can get to port 10443 through any interface.

What else could I be missing? I'm wondering if I have to start packet debugs(which I cringe at the thought because it's a pain with BM!)
