OK, then filters themselves are not working, probably.
Here are things to check:
1. Transparent proxy is not enabled. (Would simply pick up traffic and
proxy it, making it look like you were bypassing proxy).
2. Filters enabled, but the interface name in the filter (not
exception) doesn't match the actual interface name currently in use.
3. 'Rogue' filter exception allowing too much traffic. Be especially
suspicious of any exceptions allowing Any to Any, or All.
