Cool solution?

Anybody have a great solution for this problem?

ISP says that I am generating huge amounts of outbound traffic (i.e. they think I'm infected with something). Since all traffic passes through the BMgr server, it occurs to me that there ought to be a really slick app out there that lets me see that IP address such-and-such is generating more packets than the whole subnet combined, that sort of thing...

Any thoughts?
