BM NAT and MS Vpn

I have a BM 3.8 server also doing NAT. A client is trying to use MS Vpn with PPTP to connect through BM to outside MS server - this does not work which is expected. My question is, would this work ok if the client uses MS Vpn with IPSEC instead?
