Filter Setup for Ports 22 and 5900

I am running Border Manager 3.9 and against my recommendations my boss has told me to open up ports 22 and 5900 for an employee here to access his home server from the office.

The employee has given me the IP address and the 2 port #'s mentioned above but I am unsure of what the filter should look like.

Can someone tell me what they should look like. I do have Craig Johnsons filter book if that helps.
