First of all, I don't think specifying proxy login name and password
normally works for BM servers.
That aside, I'd troubleshoot the proxy logs to see what the proxy sees
for a request. It might be denying access to the URL requested. (I
like to use RTMonitor for this sort of thing).
But overall, I'd go with one of the following:
1. Selective proxy authentication - set this up ('authenticate only
when ....' Option in the authentication context menu coupled with
correct access rules) to allow the server to go through proxy without
having to authenticate at all. And allow it to go anywhere so access
rules don't stop the traffic. That's if this system works through a
proxy to start with.
2. Proxy bypass - set up one or more stateful filters, source=windows
server ip address, and tell the server not to use a proxy. This is
likely to be the easiest workaround by far.
