Generic proxies have stopped working.

A few days ago I read how to get remote management (and lots of other
stuff)
working via proxies, thanks Craig, one picture and a few words cleared
up so
many questions. The morning after being able to use all the web
enabled
features I had to restore the sys volume from tape. I am using BM 3.7
as
part of Small Business Suite on a single server.

None of my new proxies seem to work any more. I reapplied the latest
service
pack hoping it was a corrupt file that would be replaced, no effect.
If I
unload the filters I can get in.

Are there any possible solutions short of reinstalling BM?
