Http proxy Stream a URL don't work

Hi we have bordermanager 3.7 http proxy and ftp proxy activated.

We want to acces http://www.puntoradio.com/streaming/endirecto.php

But we don't connect, if i accept all trafic for my ip and i unchek proxy in
my explorer
streaming works fine.

How can i connect this url tru http proxy?
