Default Re: Terminal Services disconnecting over BorderManager

In case it is a traffic-related problem, I'm wondering if you could set
up a separate, dedicated C2S VPN server?

Can you try a continuous ping in the background to the terminal server
while VPN is running? I'm not clear if the connection is dropping when
someone is actively sending traffic to the terminal server, or if it
drops when nothing much is happening on that connection.

There might be some sort of tuning parameter that could be changed,
perhaps on the terminal server as well. Perhaps tcp delayed ack,
minshall algorithm, nagle algorithm changes from whatever is now set.
Perhaps LAN driver changes on the BM server as well. Problem is that
there is no real hard data on what exactly is going on here. Might be
packets dropped due to a problem, or slow traffic causing the server to
terminate the connection.
