RconJ and NBM 3.8

Just installed one server for a client with Netware 6.5 SP2 and NBM 3.8
SP2. VPN is up and working. However, when I need to run RCONJ - for that
client only, I can't do it normally from my desktop. I have to dial up on
a modem and then it will work. I thought it was due to the different
configuration of their DSL.

I just installed a new server (not at the client yet) and I am having the
same problem. It is like it won't find the IP address from my local
network connection. The current one is on the same network as the NBM
Master VPN server. Any help would be appreciated.
