RSYNC PROBLEM

I'm trying to use RSYNC to copy an entire DATA: Volume on server A to the
DATA: Volume on Server B.

Every time I try to do this it insists on creating a sub-folder called
DATA so the end result is I get DATA: copied to DATA:/DATA.

What am I doing wrong?
