NBO2.0 with SP6 for NW6.5 is hanging in the boot process

Hello,

a NBO2 box is hanging in the boot at the first lock screen
"Novell (r) Branch Office"

but the final NBO screen doesn't appear even after waiting longer than an hour.
(normaly it took few minutes to boot)

Unlocking the Console is impossible, trying to use the debugger method
Matt Milner posted here at Jun 15 2006, 9:23 pm.

The server is up and the volumes can be accessed fine.

Shutdown using the NBO web interface (https://ip:2222/) doesn't work either, same
through NoRM. Also remote.exe [2] with a resetserver.ncf fails, there is no
success nor fail reporting by that tool.

How to figure out why this NBO box has this hang right now? Below is the
console.log

2.)
Is there any way to "break" the screen lock in this stage?

3.)
Is there some startup switch preventing NBO to lock at all?

NoRM java remote console also just offers this locked screen.
rconip.exe[1] accepts the password, but hangs and doesn't present any screen at
all.


Any suggestions appreciated.
