11 Hard power hits in an hour

HI, I have a BOMA appliance that took 11 hard power hits earlier today
(snow and ice in the pacific NW). I believe it corrupted the OS, ...I
know...now is the perfect time to switch to OES2, and I'm planning on
doing that, but I'd like to plan the migration instead. The box powers
up, however while loading the OS, the OS reports in RED letters the server
will be powering down for a reboot, ABENDS and starts the os loading cycle
again. I've searched the documentation for commands for a controlled
boot, but have failed to locate any. Anyone know of a location for those
commands?
