No login with SP7 and Branch Office

1 out of 5 Branch Office servers has been upgraded from SP6 to SP7.
But the the following errors are now displayed on the logger screen:

BOANMAS err = -670
BOANCP err = -670
Purge Error=-670

And every morning, nobody is able to login, not even supervisor from
the NRM or 2222. Sometimes it even happens in the middle of the day.

When I unload DS.NLM, tere is a 50/50 chance that it will abend, if it
does'nt, I can load DS.NLM again, and everything is fine again.

The abend.log will just say it was a "Console Command" abend. And
every other log file i silent.

Anyone had this problem? Anyone know what the above errors mean (other
than INVALID CONTEXT).
