Sorry, I should have mentioned all the steps we tried.
Yes, you can access through Adrem-freecon console.
But we can't see the Branch Office screen there either.
Through the Monitor you can browse through all the folders under SYS volume. But through windows explorer we can't browse all the fodlers. We are unable open through browser with port 2222, where we have to manage iPrint printer, rsync and other configurations.
New users are unable to login because it prevents them login through Virtual Office.
