Unable to unlock server

NBO 2.0.4 with NW65SP4

We are unable to access file system in SYS volume. Reason being that it needs to be unlocked before we view all files and directories.

There is no screen (Novell Branch Office) to type in Unlock. Noticed there is no Apache running. When we tried to load apache (ap2webup) it seems to be loading but there is no separate screen.

We are unable to access through browser (neither through Virtual Office nor through port 2222.

Any help would be appreciated
