4gb file size limitation

Environment: Netware 6.5 sp5, Zenworks 6.5sp2. Uploading image from PC
works fine until the image size reaches approximately 4gb. Cannot find
any file size restrictions on the server. PC finishes the image process
and states the image has completed successfully. No file shows up on the
Netware server. Help and thanks.
