NSM2.0 sr1

Hi,
Installed nsm2.0 sr1.
the engine loads, but i cannot connect to engine with the new client.
..net1.1 sp1 is loaded. i can ping the server. i see the engine running
but cannot logon to the nsm20 engine via the new client.

Any ideas on what to look for?
