Problems with undefined actions and aborting transactions

Hi!

I am hoping someone can help. I have performed a backfill operation on
a container and one of the user acounts shows up in the pending events
list as an undefined action and has a status of "Waiting for first
processing attempt".

I then tried to abort the transaction and now the abort transaction is
"Waiting for first processing attempt" that said when i checked on the
FSFEngine console screen it seemed to tell me that the abort had been
successful, So i tried the backfill again and again the same thing has
happened.

I have now decided to stop digging and see if anyone knows how i can
resolve this problem.
