nds upgrade error 9

Hello there,

I've just upgrade the eDirectory 8.8.3 to eDirectory 8.8.5 on my Linux box (SLES 10 SP2). At first everything look fine but at the end, it give me and error
"ndsconfig return value = 9"

Could someone on the field please help me out here and how to resolved this.
Check on support page and could not find any resolution on this..
