Default ndsconfig return value = 57.

I am trying to add an OES2 server to an existing tree, when I do it gives me error 57, here is the complete detail:

command: /opt/novell/eDirectory/bin/ndsconfig add -c -t 'COIT' -n 'ou=BAYAREA.o=COIT' -a 'cn=admin.o=COIT' -p 10.0.0.27:524 -d /var/opt/novell/eDirectory/data/dib -D /var/opt/novell/eDirectory -B 10.0.0.30@524 -L 389 -l 636 -o 8028 -O 8030 --config-file /etc/opt/novell/eDirectory/conf/nds.conf return
