I am having problems getting apache to serve user home directories. I have
tested it with uniqueid (which isn't populated) and it works, and thus
switched using the cn fix.
I think it is an issue with ldap as sasl.nlm will not load. I get the
following when trying to load nldap:

I have recreated the certificates (pkidiag and tckeygen) but still have
ldap issues.
