question about limit concurrent connections

I hope that is the correct forum...

I have novell 6.5sp6 on 3 servers , one is the master replica the others are the read-write replica (only to have the backup of my tree).
I l'd ike to limit concurrent connections for example set to 1.

(By ConsoleOne I have noticed that if I select the properties of a user, under tab named "restrictions" , there is "limit concurrent connections").

So the user can login only once by novell login.
How can I to be sure that the loing is made on the master replica instead of on the others servers that are read-write replica?

Is it possible to set somewhere that the login must be made before on the server that is master-replica?
