Default Deleted Entry obit

On the server that holds the Master DS, there are 22 obits when running check external reference for one item. One says purgable and the rest is notifying all of our 21 servers.

I did not include the whole log since it is the same for all, just the server name changes.

I have run repair local DS through dsrepair -a and -ot and repair a single item but none helped. (The rest of the servers are ok, no obits on them). The synchronization is working with no errors and time synch is all synched, except for a server that is on VMWare and the time is off by +1 or +2.

I found the item through the DSBROWSER -a:
Object Name: CN=0_3, Object Class: [Deleted Entry], Sub Count: 00000000, Entry ID: 0000C02C.
If I delete this item from here would it cause any corruption?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
