edir 8.8.5 and dsbk output screen

I had the same problem.
Compare the version of dsbk.nlm in sys:\system
with the one that came with edir 8.5.5.
Its in a subfolder nw\sys\system.

The modify date was newer in sys:system yet version was older.
I copied the file from nw\sys\system to sys:\system and it no longer
stops at press any key.

An edir 8.7 patch probably used the date of install as the modify date
for dsbk.nlm. preventing 8.5.5 from updating the file.
