Default freeRADIUS

Hello Folks,

I am attempting to use a freeRadius, to handle authentication for a new wireless system I am implementing, against my edirectory.

I am running Netware 6.5 SP7. I have installed freeRadius on a red hat server and have been able to integrate it with eDir no prolem. I have done some testing and the authentication works great.

My question/problem is with creating radius users or enabling users for dialup access. Unless I have misread the documentation, or missed something else, it looks like I can only enable one user at a time. I am doing it through the radius plugin for imanager. Basically what I have done is chose create radius user, picked my own user (or anybody I was testing with) and set the dialup access to true.

I have a context with 2500+ students that I want to do this for. Is there any way that I can do this for an entire context or a group? Or is there only one at a time ability?

One other snag that I ran into with this setup is the fact that you have to enable Universal Passwords. All of my users were created without universal passwords. Is there any way that I can sync their existing passwords to the universal password? Preferably without user interaction. Currently I have to edit them one at a time and have them “set Universal Password”.

To recap…
Works great for users one at a time. Need a way to implement for an entire context at one time.

Thanks in advance for any input on either matter.
Rob
