Licens problem!

Hello!

I have just installed a new Netware 6.5 server and having problem with my
licenses. Ive started the licens logging i console and recieve an error
about no available connection licenses unit.

I have installed the licens thrue iManager and put the licens in the top
of my tree stucture (same level as admin). Ive tried tio move it tom my OU
where all my users are.

A new error occurs server base unit faild!

Please help
