edirectory monitoring and LDAP command

Dear all experts

We would like to setup health monitoring with alert function on eDirectory health, e.g. LDAP, Replica sync status, .. etc. Whenever there is problems, it can send email notification. Anyone have idea for this?

BTW, I think there is no LDAP search / modify function on Windows platform. Although I found a message that there is ldapsearch.exe in Console one directory, but I cannot find them in our installation of version 1.3.6h. Anyone can suggest a way for batch modify objects method?
