Drive mappings valid, UNC paths invalid?

Morning All,

I have a user who started having an issue about a week ago yesterday, seemingly out of the blue. He can access drives mapped through Novell just fine, but if he tries to browse to the UNC path for the exact same location, it tell him he has insufficient access. None of my other users have this problem.

Ideas? What information would you need to help me figure this out?
