Stuck installing SLP under edirectory on windows 2008

Ok, I was wrong and you are right :)

OpenSLP is being used by eDir on windows. I've installed a windows box
and installed edir 8.8.5 on it. When I query for bindery.novell using
slptool I don't get any results. However, when I use slpsnoop.exe I can
see both binder.novell and ndap.novell being registered.

I'm not sure about slpd as it seems to be ignoring the
c:\windows\slp.conf because I tried to set it as a DA as well but no
joy.
