Newbie ODBC NDS questions.
I'm attempting to link to ODBC NDS through Access. I have a particular table that has ~200 fields and when I look at a report it seems like the last 20 fields have no field name and the last field name displayed is truncated. Is there some limit on the total length of field names? I had heard the the Access jet engine limits the number of fields to 254 but I thinkI haven't exceeded that limit.
Also I started working with this on a Vista machine (I've switched to a machine with XP for now.) and had a lot of problems and now would like to uninstall odbcnds totally and re-install but do not see the driver listed in the Add/Remove Programs dialog. Are there any instructions available to completely uninstall odbcnds and re-install?
