eGuide Website Field

I'm wondering if it's possible to add a custom to field to eGuide that would link to an employee's website. We are a school district, and all of the teachers have website's in the format of http://www.oswego308.org/schools/*sc...sp?=*username*

Does anyone know of any possible solution to display that link under their eGuide listing?
