eGuide Installation Error

I'm trying to install eGuide on a Windows 2003 Standard server. I already have Tomcat installed and running on the server. When I run the "eGuideInstall.exe" file, I get an error stating that "The memory could not be written."

I installed eGuide in a test environment with the same settings, SP, etc as the current server I'm trying to install on and it worked fine.

Any ideas about this error and how to get past it?
