Customizing details form

Hello,

I finally got eGuide up and running but am looking to do some further cleanup on the user page. For some reason on my details form page only the user's first name is appearing by the user icon under the Information tab. I've checked the LDAP sources selections, attribute ordering, tried different fields, etc... Any ideas?
