User details not displaying - for one user

I have eGuide running and it's been running for months without a hiccup. For the most part it's still running fine. I have one user though, for whom the user details do not display.

I think it's related to when we changed her user name, but I've changed other user names without an issue.

I tried Firefox, IE, and Konquerer.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Found the answer, for anyone who might run into this. There was something wrong with the photo attribute which was causing it to be unable to retrieve the user details. I deleted the photo attribute and everything was happy again. Re-loaded the photo and it still works.
