UP and Console Password restrictions

I am implementing UP soon and had a question. When I associate a user to the new UP Policy will those changes show up in Console One? I am wondering if the password tab in Console One should show that I changed the password expiration days from 40 to 90. I see in the UP Policy it is 90 but in Console one I still see 40.
